You can permanently delete your Bixberry account at any time. Because deletion is irreversible and removes your balance, it’s worth taking a couple of steps first.
Before you delete
✓ Redeem any rewards you can — if your balance has reached the payout threshold, request your gift card first. Balances below the threshold can't be redeemed and will be lost.
✓ Make sure you're signed in with the Google or Apple account linked to Bixberry.
✓ Understand that deletion can’t be undone.
Delete your account
1 Log in to the Bixberry app.
2 Go to Account Settings
3 Find and select the Delete Account option.
4 Follow the confirmation steps to finish.
If you can't find the option, contact support with the email associated with your Google or Apple account and request account deletion — the team can complete it for you.

Deleting your account removes your data and any remaining balance, and uninstalling can’t restore it. Withdraw whatever rewards you can before you proceed.
