How to request a payout? – Bixberry

Once your balance reaches the minimum threshold, you can withdraw your earnings as a gift card. Bixberry pays out in gift cards only — there’s no bank account required.

Request your payout

1 Open the Bixberry dashboard and go to the Reward section.

2 Choose your gift card from the list.

Important: choosing your country when redeeming a gift card

When redeeming a gift card, make sure to select the country that matches your actual location. Gift card availability and eligibility vary by country.

If you select a country other than your own, we can't guarantee that the gift card will be claimable or redeemable. Selecting the wrong country is done at your own risk and responsibility — Bixberry cannot verify or resolve claim issues resulting from an incorrect country selection.

3 Confirm the email address where your code should be sent.

4 Submit the request — it then moves through the payout status flow, and your code arrives by email.
