Bixberry earnings are the value you’ve earned from contributing resources, plus any bonuses and referral rewards. As long as your account stays active, they stay yours — they only expire after a long stretch of inactivity.
The expiry rule
Earnings expire after 6 months of inactivity. “Inactive” means your devices haven’t been online during that time — in other words, you haven’t been contributing or earning. As long as at least one device is contributing, the clock never starts.
Activity means being online and earning — not just signing in. Simply logging in without any device online and earning does not reset the inactivity timer.
Once your balance reaches the payout threshold, it stays valid for 24 months. If it isn't redeemed within that time, Bixberry may write it off. Once written off, Bixberry has no obligation to reinstate, compensate, or otherwise facilitate payout of that balance.
