Your Bixberry app shows a few live numbers and a status at the top of the Device screen. Here is what each of them means - and what the different combinations tell you.
The Device screen in the EARNING, PREMIUM EARNING, and OFFLINE states.
The status at the top
The label at the top of the Device screen shows what your connection is doing right now:
EARNING - your device is online and sharing your connection at the Standard rate.
PREMIUM EARNING - your device is online and currently qualifies for the Premium 2x rate. Your rate depends on your region and connection quality, so it can switch between Standard and Premium during the day.
OFFLINE - your device is not connected to the network right now. See Device shows offline or stopped receiving requests for the common causes and fixes.
Response time
Response time shows how quickly AI requests routed through your connection are completed. It depends on your region and connection quality and is one of the factors behind your current rate.
AI requests powered today
This counter shows how many AI requests your connection has helped answer today, with a smaller note for the last hour. It moves only when there is live demand for AI requests in your region - so it is normal for it to pause and pick up again during the day.
Online today
This shows the total time your device has been connected to the network today, split by the rate that applied: Standard rate and Premium 2x rate.
What the combinations mean
✓ Online time is counting and AI requests are coming in
Everything is working as it should - your connection is online and powering requests.
✓ Online time is counting, but AI requests stay at 0
This is normal: it means there is currently no demand for AI requests in your region. Demand comes and goes throughout the day - keep your device connected and the counter will move when requests arrive.
ⓘ Status shows EARNING or PREMIUM EARNING, but both Online today and AI requests are stuck at 0
This is a known display issue on our side - our team is aware of it and a fix is already in progress. You do not need to change anything on your device or reinstall the app.
The known display issue: the status is active while both counters stay at 0.
Note: your rate and request volume depend on live AI request demand, your region, and connection quality - they naturally vary from day to day and from user to user.
