Submitting a help desk request
1 Open the Help desk form from the Help or Support section in the Bixberry app.
2 Enter your registered account email so we can find your account.
3 Choose the topic or category that best fits your question.
4 Describe your issue, attach any screenshots, and submit the form.
Once submitted, you’ll get a confirmation and the team will reply by email. There’s no need to send a separate message anywhere else — the form is the way to reach support.
What to include for a faster reply
✓ Your registered account email
✓ A clear description of the issue and what you’ve already tried
✓ The device and platform affected (Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS)
✓ Screenshots of any error message, if relevant

Use the same email registered to your account when filling out the form — it helps the team verify and locate your details quickly. Bixberry support will never ask for your password.
