How to get in touch with Bixberry support

If you have a question that this help center doesn’t answer, the Bixberry support team is here to help. Here are the ways to reach us and how to get a quick, useful reply.

Submitting a help desk request

1 Open the Help desk form from the Help or Support section in the Bixberry app.
2 Enter your registered account email so we can find your account.
3 Choose the topic or category that best fits your question.
4 Describe your issue, attach any screenshots, and submit the form.

Once submitted, you’ll get a confirmation and the team will reply by email. There’s no need to send a separate message anywhere else — the form is the way to reach support.

What to include for a faster reply

Your registered account email
A clear description of the issue and what you’ve already tried
The device and platform affected (Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS)
Screenshots of any error message, if relevant

Use the same email registered to your account when filling out the form — it helps the team verify and locate your details quickly. Bixberry support will never ask for your password.
