How can I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your Bixberry account at any time. Because deletion is irreversible and removes your balance, it’s worth taking a couple of steps first.

Before you delete

✓ Withdraw any eligible earnings — once your balance reaches the minimum threshold, request a payout first.

✓ Make sure you’re signed in from your registered email.

✓ Understand that deletion can’t be undone.

Delete your account

1 Log in to the Bixberry app.

2 Go to Account Settings (or Profile).

3 Find and select the Delete Account option.

4 Follow the confirmation steps to finish.

If you can’t find the option, contact support from your registered email and request account deletion — the team can complete it for you.

Deleting your account removes your data and any remaining balance, and uninstalling can’t restore it. Withdraw whatever you can before you proceed.
