Can my earnings expire?

Modified on Mon, 1 Jun at 4:53 PM

Bixberry earnings are the value you’ve earned from contributing resources, plus any bonuses and referral rewards. As long as your account stays active, they stay yours — they only expire after a long stretch of inactivity.

The expiry rule

6 months
of inactivity before credits expire

Earnings expire after 6 months of inactivity. “Inactive” means your devices haven’t been online during that time — in other words, you haven’t been contributing or earning. As long as at least one device is contributing, the clock never starts.

◆  What counts as activity?

Activity means being online and contributing — not just signing in. Simply logging in without any device contributing does not reset the inactivity timer.

How to keep your credits safe

Keep at least one device running and contributing so your account never goes inactive.
Cash out once you reach the $20 payout threshold rather than letting a balance sit for months.
If you’ll be away for a while, leave a device online to keep the account active.
◆  Note

The exact policy is shown in your dashboard and the Bixberry terms. If you have questions about your balance, you can contact support.
