Most “missing” payouts are simply still processing or sitting in a spam folder. Since Bixberry pays out as gift card codes by email, a few quick checks usually clear things up.
Work through these steps
1 Gift cards usually arrive within a few minutes. If one ends up in review, it may be delayed by up to a day — and don’t forget to check your spam folder.
2 If there’s still no gift card after that, contact Bixberry support and we’ll look into it.

Keep the email address on your account accurate before requesting future payouts — that’s where every code is sent.
